Opera House in Caracalla Terme

Italy, the land of opera. Since 1500s, Italian composers have combine the human voice with their  harmonic knowledge to create some of the most fabulous musical gifts mankind could possibily hope for. To make things even more magical, Rome's opera theater moves outdoors every summer, with shows under the stars in the anciet setting of the Terme di Caracalla. Take in the power of Verdi's Aida or Rigoletto. Till 5th of August you can see Aida. Aida, ], an Arabic female name meaning "visitor" or "returning", is an opera in four acts by Giuseppe Verdi to an Italian libretto by Antonio Ghislanzoni, based on a scenario written by French Egyptologist Auguste Mariette. Aida was first performed at the Khedivial Opera House in Cairo on 24 December 1871, conducted by Giovanni Bottesini.
 Aida, an Ethiopian princess, is captured and brought into slavery in Egypt. A military commander, Radames, struggles to choose between his love for her and his loyalty to the Pharaoh To complicate the story further, Radames is loved by the Pharaoh's daughter Amneris, although he does not return her feelings. This is a great occasion to see the Opera in a spectacular theatre of Caracalla Terme, evrey day till 5th of August in Rome.
