Pictures of Evgen Bavčar are a real challenge to the physical limit of his blindness. Each of them, in his poetic, emphasised once more that look and see are two different concepts, and stresses the profound sensitivity to this amazing photographer who manages to show aspects of visible to us unknown. The works take shape from his memories and suggestions evoked by the surrounding world, which reprocesses with great depth Evgen Bavčar, creating "visions of the soul" dreamlike and exciting. The exhibition on display in Rome presents a selection of his famous prints in black and white e-preview for Italy-some of his shots in color. Evgen Bavčar is one of the world's most respected authors of photography but it is also blind from the age of twelve, when two terrible incidents have thrown in the darkness of his life. Forced to flee from the outer darkness finds refuge in hidden places of his soul, unexplored territories and indefinable and returns the result of his research through a series of mental images that draws from a "Nativity of memories". Memory store extracts images that reveal a rich inner world and surrounded by mysteries. His photographs have the scent of Slovenia and express the memory spaces, lights and shapes of his childhood. All'Atlantico è fissato il concerto dei Kasabian, venerdi 24 febbraio. Sono ufficialmente gli eredi dei fratelli Gallagher prendendone il posto nel cuore dei fan che amano la musica inglese dopo lo scioglimento definitivo degli Oasis.
La band, ormai celebre, viene da Leicester e ha già pubblicato 4 album. L’ultimo, “Velociraptor” è uscito per Sony Music il 20 settembre e ha esordito al numero uno della classifica inglese, per questo è già stato definito il disco rock dell’anno.
Dopo la data di sold out all’Alcatraz di Milano i Kasabian hanno deciso di aggiungere due tappe, tra cui quella di Roma, al loro tour italiano. I biglietti che avranno un costo di 25 euro sono già disponibili sul circuito Ticketone e in tutti gli altri punti vendita autorizzati.
Ospiti anche del programma X Factor, i Kasabian sembrano aver conquistato il pubblico italiano con la forza delle loro canzoni.
